No point to even play this game.Go check steam in single player there is no way to heal injuries. so if a player gets an injury of C3 or C4 they basically have to start over and that can happen with your 1st zombie encounter or your 1st hoard. It’s a bug the dev’s have ignored for months now. If you play online it’s fine but you have to buy the game to play online. Because it’s a single player bug the dev’s have been very lax about it. well Good luck! I’m STILL waiting for hotfix patch since may 2023!!! So glad i never bought this game!
UPDATE: I Re-installed this version and i was able to get it to work! I was able to heal injuries. So it took my a total of 4 times of installing not sure why some file didn’t copy but just very happy it works now!

and open the GameUserSettings.ini find the line
[/Script/Engine.GameUserSettings]
under that line you find:
“FullscreenMode=0
PreferredFullscreenMode=0”
change them to 1

Open Scum file location, go to: “Scum\Binaries\Win64” and use the exe from there
