House Flipper is a house construction-demolition simulator. To build something worthwhile, it is sometimes necessary to destroy what has already been created. This is what you will do in the game House Flipper. Buy a house that is falling apart, redevelop it by tearing down a couple of walls, and then create modern housing that you can buy for a lot of money.
