Hey all,
I reuploaded the patch 1.2.48 in case the earlier link breaks. This should get your game running again or even the first time. Atleast it fixed the start up problems for me.
Remember to turn AV/Defender completely off while updating and playing to avoid problems with the exe missing etc.

how to restore saving file, if i already update the game?
U can find save game in “My Documents” folder and after the patch it will create a new saves folder e.g. “75690154876103081” -> open the old folder, copy all the saves and paste into new folder
please reupload all go file has been deleted
Does the update works with FLT vesion?
It works, but you need to back up the save file and move it to the new save folder after running this patch
